This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by Crox Web Solutions.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.
 

2. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email or phone.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• If the service has not yet started, cancellation may be considered.

• Once a project or service has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted depending on the stage of work completed.
   

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has started.

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• If the service has not yet started and the cancellation request is received.

• If Crox Web Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.

In such cases, any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
 

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered or activated:

• SAP server access or practice environments

• SAP training sessions

• Consulting services already provided

• Software development work already completed

• Website development once the project work has started

• Domain name registrations, hosting, or third-party services purchased on behalf of the client
   

5. Service Suspension

Crox Web Solutions reserves the right to suspend services if:

• Payments are not made on time

• The service is used in violation of our terms

• There is misuse of provided server access or systems
   

6. Changes to This Policy

Crox Web Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
