3. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made according to the terms mentioned in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

• Advance payments may be required before the commencement of work.

• Services may be suspended if payments are delayed beyond the agreed due date.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required information, data, credentials, and approvals necessary for the completion of the project. Delays in providing such information may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, content, and deliverables developed by Crox Web Solutions remain the intellectual property of Crox Web Solutions until full payment has been received. After full payment, ownership rights may be transferred as per the agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crox Web Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous availability of our services, Crox Web Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of all systems or platforms.

9. Modifications

Crox Web Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
